About these terms
These terms apply to neuroantics.com and to every Neuroantics product. By using them, you agree to these terms. Some products have additional terms of their own, listed below; where they differ, the product's terms apply to that product.
Your Neuroantics account
One Neuroantics account works across our products. Use an email address you can access, and keep your sign-in codes to yourself. An account is for one person, and you're responsible for what happens on it. Each product's terms say who can use it.
Using our products
Be kind. Don't harass, threaten or demean anyone. Don't share sexual content, hate, spam, or anything illegal. Don't post other people's personal information, and don't encourage anyone to harm themselves. Don't try to break, overload or misuse our products.
We may remove content and suspend or close accounts that break these rules.
Not medical care
Neuroantics makes everyday tools. Nothing we offer is medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. If you are in crisis or in danger, contact your local emergency services.
Your content
What you write stays yours. You give us permission to store it and show it to the people you share it with, only so that our products work. We don't sell it or use it for advertising.
Buying from us
Who sells to you depends on what you buy, and the checkout always shows it. Subscriptions to our apps are sold by our online reseller Lemon Squeezy, the merchant of record for those orders, which handles payments, billing, invoices and refunds.
Prices are shown before you pay, with any taxes added at checkout. If the price of a subscription changes, we'll tell you before your next payment. How refunds work is explained on our refunds page.

Changes and availability
We're always improving our products, so features may change. We do our best to keep everything running, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors.
As far as the law allows, we aren't responsible for indirect losses, and our total responsibility to you is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the 12 months before the problem or US$100.
Ending
You can stop using our products at any time, and ask us to delete your account through the contact form. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we'll update the date at the top. If a change matters to you, we'll tell you before it takes effect.
These terms are governed by the laws of the place where Neuroantics is registered, without affecting any rights you have under the law where you live.
