Privacy notice

Who we are
Neuroantics (“we”, “us”) is responsible for the personal data described in this notice. It explains what the neuroantics.com website collects, why, and what you can do about it. Each Neuroantics app has its own notice for the data it handles. You can reach us about anything in it through the contact form.
When you contact us
If you use the contact form, we collect your name, email address, the topic you choose and your message. We use them only to read and answer your message.
We keep messages for up to 24 months after our last reply, then delete them.
Analytics and cookies
We use an analytics service to understand how the site is used: which pages are visited and which links are followed.
It uses no cookies and stores nothing on your device. Visits are counted with an anonymous identifier that the analytics service derives on its servers and changes every day, so you cannot be recognised from one day to the next, and we never link visits to a person.
If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we do not count your visit at all.
If you choose a light or dark theme, a cookie remembers that choice. It holds only the word “light” or “dark”, and choosing “Match my device” removes it.
Who handles the data
We use a small number of service providers to run this site: hosting, a database that stores contact messages, analytics, and email delivery for notifying us of new messages. They process personal data only on our instructions, under agreements that require them to keep it secure. If you would like to know which providers hold your data, ask us and we will tell you.
Some providers may process data outside the country you live in. Where they do, we make sure it stays protected to the same standard, through contractual safeguards.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.
Why we may use it
We use your contact details only because you sent us a message and expect an answer, and anonymous visit counts only to understand how the site is used and make it better. We process personal data in line with the data protection laws that apply to us.
Your rights
The only personal data this website keeps is what you send us through the contact form. You can ask us for a copy of it, to correct it, to delete it, or to stop using it. To make a request, use the contact form and choose “Privacy request”. We reply within one month.
Wherever you are, these rights are yours. If you are unhappy with how we handled a request, tell us; depending on where you live, you may also be able to complain to a data protection authority.
Changes
If we change this notice, we will update the date at the top of this page.
