Neuroantics Buddies
Body doubling, in a chat
Buddies gives you someone to work alongside. Say what you're doing, check in as you go, and finish with someone who noticed.
What is body doubling?
Body doubling means doing a task while someone else is there. They don't help with the task. They're just present, doing their own thing.
Many people find that having someone alongside makes it easier to start, and harder to drift off. It's why some of us work best in a café, a library, or on a call with a friend.
How Buddies works
Say what you're working on
Write one line about your task. Small and specific is perfect.
Work alongside a buddy
Join someone who's working too, and keep each other company in the chat.
Check in as you go
Quick, easy check-ins help you notice when you've drifted, and come back.
Wrap up and celebrate
Share what you got done, however small. It counts.
Why chat?
No camera, no microphone, no pressure to look busy. Chat is quiet enough to stay in the background, and close enough to keep you going.

Do I have to turn my camera on?

Is Buddies a medical treatment?
No. Buddies is a productivity tool, not medical care. It works alongside whatever support you already have.
Who will I be working with?

How much does it cost?

Yes, in a couple of taps, no questions asked.
Will I need a separate account for each Neuroantics app?
