Subscriptions

This covers subscriptions to our apps, including Buddies.

Cancel anytime. You can cancel from your billing page in a couple of taps. You won't be charged again, and you keep your paid features until the end of the month you've paid for.

Changed your mind? If you ask within 14 days of your first payment, we'll refund it in full, no questions asked. Send us a message through the contact form from the email address you subscribed with, and choose the product's topic (for example “Buddies”).

After that, monthly renewals and partly used months aren't refunded, unless the law where you live says otherwise.

If you were charged twice or charged by mistake, tell us and we'll put it right.

Refunds are paid by our reseller, Lemon Squeezy, to the card or account you paid with. They can take up to 10 days to appear on your statement.
